Return Policy
At ADUMI, we offer a 30-day return policy, so you can shop with confidence.
30-day return period
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return your product.
The first 14 days are covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. The following 16 days are an extended return period that we offer.
For returns made after the first 14 days, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
How to return your order
- Fill out our return form, or contact us at support@adumi.dk with your order number.
- You will receive instructions on how to return your product.
- Pack the product securely, making sure all parts and accessories are included.
- Send the product back to the return address provided, and keep your shipping receipt.
If using the statutory right of withdrawal, the product must be sent back no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision.
Condition of the product
Within the first 14 days
You are welcome to open and examine the product to the extent necessary to establish its characteristics and function.
If the product has been handled more than necessary, a deduction may be made for any reduction in value.
From day 15 to day 30
To use our extended return period, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original and intact packaging.
- Complete with all parts and accessories.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected under the extended return policy.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us.
You are responsible for ensuring the product is packed securely and shipped safely.
In the case of a valid complaint, ADUMI will cover the necessary return costs in accordance with applicable law.
Refund
Once your return has been processed, we will refund the amount you are entitled to, using the original payment method.
If using the statutory right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded when the entire order is cancelled.
Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the product or documentation showing that it has been sent.
When using the extended return period from day 15 to day 30, we will refund the product's purchase price once the return has been approved.
Damaged or faulty products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at support@adumi.dk.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or video if possible.
We will help you find a solution as quickly as possible.
2-year right to complain
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
This right covers faults and defects that were present at the time of delivery, or where the cause of the fault existed at the time of delivery.
Please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering a fault. A complaint made within two months of discovering the fault is always considered timely.
